Submit one form and fee per team (up to two teams per school)

            Registration Fee per team:    $200.00 *Includes $60 National Science Olympiad Fee
                                                          - 100.00 *Donated by the Education Foundation of
                                          Final Cost $100.00  Stanislaus County
 
              *Note: Rules book will be sent upon receipt of registration form.

The registration fee may be paid by check or purchase order.  Please make checks payable to SCSSF. Purchase order must indicate “Regional Science Olympiad Registration Fee” and can be faxed to (209) 238-4203, attn: Barbara Little, or send by US or route mail (see below). Print a copy of your registration form before submitting and include it with payment.
