Question:  Manual pg. B3, Rule 4a
Rule states "plastic carbonated beverage bottle", does that mean non-carbonated plastic beverage bottle (like found for water)will lead to a construction violation and will not be launched?

Answer: The non-carbonated water bottle can literally shred when pressurized, and can cause serious harm and is a safety violation if used, and not worth the risk. It's the responsibility of the Coaches and Parents to ensure safety for our students. Non-carbonated bottles are not allowed.

Forestry

Under the rules for Forestry, it states "State and regional directors should prepare a list, which includes the trees the students are expected to master."

Question: Is there a list coming?

Answer:  The tree list used will be trees from the Western Region listed in the National Audubon Society Field Guide to Trees.
