7th & 8th Grade Registration Information

Participation Registration form due no later than January 20, 2012

Registration Instructions: Note the registration fee below and click the “Register” button to submit registration information and fee total. 

 Each school may send up to two teams per grade level (7th and 8th).  A team name (color) is needed if more than one team at each grade level will participate.  If more than one team is registered from a school site you may use one purchase order or check for all registered teams.  Please attach a copy of all registration form receipts to the PO or check.

Registration fee per team: 

             $300- per team (includes an unlimited number of alternate team members)
               200- donate by the Education Foundation of Stanislaus County
             $100  Final Cost

NOTE:  Print a copy of your registration form before submitting and include it with payment. 

The registration fee may be paid by check or purchase order.  Please make checks payable to SCSSF.  Purchase order must indicate “Academic Pentathlon Registration Fee” and can be faxed to (209) 238-4203, attn: Barbara Little, or send by US or route mail (see below).
