Registration Instructions: Note the registration fee below (based on estimated number of students) and click the “Register” button to submit registration information and fee total. 

Registration Fee Schedule

1-15 students $50 plus 2 volunteers

16-25 students $75 plus 2 volunteers

 26 + students $100 plus 2 volunteers
 

The registration fee may be paid by check or purchase order.  Please make checks payable to SCSSF.  Purchase order must indicate “Junior Relays Registration Fee” and can be faxed to (209) 238-4203, Attn: Barbara Little, or send by US or route mail (see below). Print a copy of your registration form before submitting and include it with payment.

You may bring a copy of the registration form with payment to the coaches meeting: March 23, 2011, 4:00-5:30 pm, SCOE, Board Room, 1100 H Street, Modesto.
